IMPLEMENTATION OF OTYC BYLAW CHANGE


To implement the dual waiting lists established by the By-law changes adopted at last year's annual meeting, the OTYC Board has established the following guidelines:

1. The following will become effective January 15, 2007.

2. OMENA BOUNDARIES for the OTYC Membership waiting list referred to as "Waiting List 'A" in the By-laws are:

Those residential properties located on either side of M-22 from Tatch Road to Northstar Drive; properties to the East of the centerline of M-22 (NWest Bay shore Drive) from the North side of Freeland Road on the southerly end to Cove Road, including North Cove Trail on the northerly end and including all properties on Omena Peninsula; and all properties fronting on the south sides and north sides of both Tatch and Craker Roads from the Village of Omena Westwardly to Overlook Road -EXCLUDING, HOWEVER, all properties which are or hereafter become:

A. Commercial
B. Condominium, Duplex, Time Share, non-family Fractional Ownership, or Similar Developments
C. Planned Site or Similar Developments
D. Properties which involve any element of "keyholing", such being defined as any project in which common waterfront access is provided to two or more property owners, their lessees or renters through a single or commonly owned waterfront lot.

3. JULY 1 "B" LIST ELIGIBILITY DATE Those applicants on the "B" list will become eligible for guest membership only when there are no membership applicants on the "A" list as of July first each year. To be included on either "A" or "B" list, membership applications must have been posted on the Membership Bulletin Board at the club for two weeks and subsequently have been approved by the Board of Directors as required by the By-laws.

4. CHANGES TO BOUNDARIES AND COLLATERAL RULES Changes to the Omena Boundaries or collateral rules must have a vote of at least 5 members of the Board of Directors. These changes must be communicated to the membership in the Breeze or at the annual meeting or by a general mailing and will take effect 30 days after the annual meeting or after the mailing has been sent.
