Clubhouse
The clubhouse is not available to rent to external groups. Any residential owner can have a function on the premises. The facility can be reserved by checking with OTYC manager and filling out the form. Please note that the facility cannot be reserved so that other members are excluded from the use of the facility however, members may post a notice indicating a scheduled party or function. The clubhouse is not to be used for overnight stay. Following the event remove all trash and personal belongings. Be sure to leave the clubhouse clean.
Deck & Grills
Open flames are not allowed on the balconies of the condos or on the docks. Gas grills are provided on the deck for owners use. Please use the grill brush to clean off the grilling surface after each use. Turn off the gas supply to the grill after each use. This is the valve located behind the grill and not just the controls on the grill.
